Very good QP ratio, very present pear and light vanilla from the ageing process, a little honeyed after ageing.

Clear color. Mineral nose. Nice acidity, we find the taste of tokay in a wine perfectly dedicated to fish. Quite original. I'd have to taste it again to be more precise.
