All operations are carried out in the absence of oxygen thanks to the use of dry ice to preserve the scents of the grapes and reduce the use of SO2, de-stemming followed by very gentle pressing in a vacuum press, must fermented at controlled temperatures for around 15 days.

Herbaceous Nuragus di Cagliari 2021 opens with traces of sage, before giving way to spicy grapefruit and zesty floral notes. Minerality emerges from the start, reinforced by zesty acidity and tart orchard fruit. It finishes on a savory, refreshing note, with a lingering salty touch. 2023-2026
