Cantine Delibori
Delibori is located in Calmasino di Bardolino, in the heart of Bardolino Classico, on the hills overlooking Lake Garda.

The estate, founded in 1971 by Walter Delibori and Giorgio Cristoforetti, now boasts over 200 hectares of vines, both owned and managed.

Delibori is still run by these 2 families, who produce a range of DOC Soave, Custoza, Lugana, Bardolino, Valpolicella and IGT Venezia wines.

The Ripasso technique, so particular to Valpolicella, brings structure and complexity to this blend. With its intense, almost black color, the concentration of this wine is immediately apparent: ripe aromas of black fruits and spices mingle in the glass. The palate is rich and elegant. A superb wine to be reserved for typical Italian dishes!

The pale ruby color of this Bardolino hints at its lightness and elegance. On the nose, racy, savory aromas of red fruit and bell pepper mingle - in an almost Ligerian style. The palate is silky with lovely fruit. A real surprise for this first Bardolino DOC presented on the site!

The ruby-red Valpolicella has riper aromas of cherry, raspberry and plum, with a hint of herbaceousness. The palate is crisp, lively and sublimely juicy. Valpolicella DOC or Crus du Beaujolais - you could almost get lost! What superb value for money!

A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano, a grape variety native to Soave, this cuvée is pale in color with golden highlights. Intense aromas of white fruit and flowers blend on the nose. On the palate, the texture is silky and crisp. The subtle bitters on the finish bring freshness and structure to this dry white cuvée.
