Brasserie Entre 2 Mondes
Visit Brasserie Entre 2 Mondes is a blend of Quebec and Swiss living in France. It's also the meeting of Daniel Longval, a passionate Quebec brewmaster who came to Switzerland to learn another trade, that of cheesemaker, and Fabienne Demierre, a Swiss with a passion for the mountains. They highlight the differences between continents, cultures, industrial and craft beers...

Established in the Vallée de la Loue, in the heart of the Franc-Comté region, Brasserie Entre 2 Mondes offers craft beers made with organically grown malt. These beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. These beers are full of character, personality and the big heart of their creators. Spices, creaminess through a generous foam, vivacity to enhance the whole. An invitation to travel to Entre 2 Mondes...

Bières récompensées Hachette Bières

"A dome of ivory foam, reminiscent of stiffly beaten egg whites, overhangs a slightly cloudy, coppery old gold color. The nose is grassy and spicy. On the palate, the immediate acidity contrasts with the round, velvety texture provided by the blend of malts. The taste evolves on grains, cereals, then spices take over again with finesse and elegance. The finish has a spicy bitterness mingled with notes of yellow fruit". (Le Guide Hachette des Bières)
