Drink or Keep
This Pinot Noir les Longes Combes is a gourmet wine with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and a hint of spice. Its silky tannins make it an ideal companion for a piece of beef or a pierrade. A vintage of aromatic finesse, the winemaker confides to us that he has worked on the fluidity of the structure. This is the red that will please everyone and delight your taste buds!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine noté (guide 2020) Sélectionné (An estate or house that has won us over with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)
About the domain :
Éric and Bérengère Thill farm their 5 hectares organically to produce a range of single-varietal wines: true to his Alsatian origins, Éric offers a varietal interpretation of Jura terroirs, particularly those in the south. The result lacks consistency, with the wines claiming to be natural sometimes displaying hints of oxidation.
Guide Hachette des vins
Domaine noté Award-winning wines (Wines from this producer regularly win awards in the guide)
About the domain :
He's from Alsace, she's from Berry. After studying in Dijon, Éric and Bérangère Thill moved to the Jura in 2009, where they cultivate 5.3 ha of vines in the southern part of the region, including 3.15 ha of Chardonnay.
