2019 is a low-yield year, and the idea was to isolate this parcel of Cinsault, usually present in the Les Obriers blend. 100% Cinsault, a long-forgotten local variety, vinified on its own. Rather disappointed by this Cinsault. Slightly acidic... Very present alcohol. Below carol's tops or forgotten vines.
