Drink or Keep
Robert Creus is one of those who know how to tame the power of Carignan to produce excellent cuvées, as with Les Bruyères, where he added Grenache in 2012. The combination of power and finesse results in a superbly fruity, spicy wine with excellent substance and balance. A gourmet wine that charms from the very first moment...

Bottle full of gas. Drinkable as is. After degassing, we recognize the Carrignan, but not in its most flattering aspect. Too acidic, lacking balance. A disappointment.
