A flattering wine on the nose, seductive from the very first sip: a combination of ripe black fruits and spices, in a massive, opulent body, but superb balance and freshness. Decant for a long time (at least 3 hours) to appreciate it with spicy food. It will be at its best in at least 5 years.

Completely oxidized - undrinkable. Yet kept in good conditions and drunk in 2019 (the card indicates aging until 2027). I notice that others have had the same experience before me (comment of 19/08/2014).

A good month after receiving my order I got myself in condition to taste it and as soon as I opened it I got a strong smell of maderization... Disappointing, I'm counting on other bottles of this reference to give me a more objective opinion! My note is a reflection of the first bottle opened. Hoping to find the pleasant surprise described in the sales description.
