The purplish color of this Corbières rosé gives way to a very fine nose, opening up to tender, subtle notes of red berries. A delicious, gourmet rosé, with a fresh acidity to match. A perfect companion for conviviality!

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (2016 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
Patrick Reverdy and his son Laurent are very attached to their Carignan vines, a specialty of the Corbières-Boutenac terroir. We're right in the middle of the delimited zone for this cru. The basic cuvée is a Corbières benchmark. The cuvée romain-pauc, named after one of the family's forebears, blends carignan and grenache grapes well into their forties with younger syrahs and mourvèdres.
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Domaine noté (guide 2017) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and that, as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
Driven by the desire to reveal the specificity of the Boutenac terroir, five generations have built the reputation of this benchmark Corbières estate. Patrick Reverdy and his son Laurent are committed to making the most of their old Carignan vines, the backbone of their production. Vinified by carbonic maceration, Carignan accounts for half of the blend of the emblematic Cuvée Romain Pauc. While many are making rapid progress in the Corbières, La Voulte-Gasparets has not been left behind, and in recent vintages has produced very consistent wines which, moreover, often age well.
