« Nez finement fruité et floral, bouche souple, tendre, très aromatique, avec des tanins fins et de la fraîcheur. Élégant et équilibré. » (Le Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France 2016). Un Corbières à l'attaque soyeuse, avec une évolution sur des tanins bien construits et discrets, une belle fraîcheur qui porte bien l’expression aromatique... L'archétype d'une grande bouteille !

Bettane & Desseauve
Vin noté (guide 2016) 14/20 (Bon vin)
Domaine rated (2017 guide) Selected (An estate or house that has won us over with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)
About the wine :
Finely fruity, floral nose, supple, tender, very aromatic palate, with fine tannins and freshness. Elegant and well-balanced.
About the domain :
Purchased by the Sichel family nearly 20 years ago, Château Trillol is magnificently situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, at an altitude of 400 meters, near Cucugnan. 40 hectares planted with Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, grape varieties that express themselves wonderfully on this beautiful terroir. The vineyard's high altitude enables it to retain great aromatic complexity and freshness.

About the wine :
Deep purple color. Elegant, heady nose with hints of stone fruit, garrigue and black olive. Warm, inviting palate with spices and sun-drenched fruit. Enjoy with roast or braised game. A great success.
