"A top-of-the-range white, simply sublime, the jewel of the Languedoc!

This rich, powerful cuvée has an intense golden-yellow color. The complex nose reveals notes of smoke, yellow fruit, honey and gingerbread. The attack is full-bodied, round and suave, with notes of stone fruit and pineapple.

Wine rated (guide 2025) 2*Stars (Outstanding wine)

About the wine:

An opulent white, very Rhône in its blend (roussanne, marsanne, grenache blanc), aged in barrel, with a restrained nose for the time being, hesitating between buttery, wax and acacia notes. A rich, honeyed substance fills the palate with power and suavity, supported by a fine bitterness that gives just the right amount of energy to this beautiful, resolutely southern white, for drinking and laying down.

About the wine:

Rich, woody and buttery. Infused with curry spices: fenugreek, cumin, turmeric, fennel. Ripe bananas, caramel. Sumptuous, opulent and overtly exaggerated. A bit like an old-fashioned Australian Chardonnay! It's exaggerated, a little caricatured and will appeal only to a limited audience, but it's complex and long-lasting.

About the wine:

The nose is marked by ripe lemon, spiced apple, vanilla and sweet oak spices, followed by a medium body with moderate acidity. Round and creamy, with good volume and character. Delicious and generous. Drink now.

About the wine:

Languedoc's flagship Tête De Bélier Blanc 2022 is a blend of roussanne, marsanne, grenache blanc and viognier, aged 10 months in barrel. Its color is a slightly deeper gold, and its style is fuller and richer than that of Prestige Blanc. Honeyed orange, buttered pineapple, spicy wood and brioche are just some of the aromas. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with a layered, ripe texture, well-integrated acidity and an excellent finish. This is another powerful, concentrated white from a team that has so much to offer. It gains freshness with time in the glass, but is destined for the table. Blind, it could easily be mistaken for a white Hermitage. Drink over the next 2-4 years. I love this wine.
