Situated on 150 hectares near Montpellier, between the Mediterranean and the Cévennes, Domaine Puech-Haut enjoys a climate that benefits the finesse of its wines. Its founder, Gérard Bru, after a long career in business, turned to a simple plot of land to build his dream: to put himself at the service of his Languedoc land and bring out all its richness, as his grandfather had done before him. The vines are cultivated in harmony with nature, respecting the vine and its natural cycle. The viticultural work is based on unquestionable traditional and modern know-how, giving each cuvée its own unique character. Visit wines Puech-Haut red, white or rosés testify to the wide variety of vines present on the estate. After each harvest, the wines are meticulously blended according to the characteristics of the different grape varieties present on the three parcels that make up the Puech-Haut estate. The château produces around 500,000 bottles a year, including the cuvées Aries headToday, they embody the French and Languedoc wine tradition. The red wines are made predominantly from Syrah, but also from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan, while the white wines are made from Grenache, Marsanne and Roussanne, bringing a richness of aroma and substance to the products.
