Fresh and delicious, this fine, delicate rosé expresses fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, grapefruit and pineapple, with subtle floral scents. About the domain :
This property made Faugères great in the 1990s, before being taken over by Julien Seydoux, who came here with the modesty to learn about the terroir and the desire to bring Estanilles back to the forefront. The winemaking techniques are gradually adapting to the grapes and there's still room for improvement. The reds are powerful and full-flavored, with a strong personality.
