Renamed Vallongue, the former "L'Impertinent" white cuvée offers an intense bouquet of floral, white-fleshed and exotic fruits. A well-balanced, mineral white on the palate, with flinty, flinty notes sublimated by a light floral touch of verbena and lime blossom, as well as hints of exotic fruit and citrus. Enjoy it now!

"A most charming Faugères

"The nose is pure and aromatic with notes of violet, blackberry, plum and spicy licorice notes. The palate is elegantly constructed, with good volume with a supple texture, digestible black fruit flavors with a slight spicy character, no noticeable oak and good length." (Tasted by Andreas Larsson)

"The 18 months in barrel leave their mark on this almost pure Syrah, with a toasty, vanilla nose and a background of black fruits. Present on the palate but not overdone, the ageing has nicely coated the fine, firm tannins that support the ample, greedy flesh and remarkable freshness. Fresh and delicious, this fine, delicate rosé expresses fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, grapefruit and pineapple, with subtle floral scents. Mineral and well-balanced, the palate is full-bodied, with lovely aromas of citrus, pomelo, rose and red fruit. Perfect for the table!

This fresh, gourmet rosé has a very fine nose, with fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, grapefruit and pineapple, and subtle floral scents. Mineral, well-balanced and complex, its primary notes on the palate mirror those of the nose, and continue with lovely citrus aromas. To be reserved for the table!

Clos du Fou is the fruit of an improbable parcel of land, clinging to a south-facing hillside, created over fifteen years ago by Michel Louison, who has demonstrated his determination, sometimes with a touch of madness, to get the best out of his terroir. A cuvée where Syrah meets 100% pure schist terroir, combining power and finesse, length and velvety texture. A must-discover!

He plays with each of his grape varieties and his exceptional terroir like a conductor directs his orchestra, without a false note. Marsanne and Roussanne play the score and offer a truly gastronomic white, well-balanced and endowed with a beautiful minerality that will express itself ideally with noble fish and scallops!

No less than five grape varieties are used in equal measure to make this Tradition Rouge, expressing the richness and uniqueness of the schist terroirs of the Faugères appellation. A superb 2007 vintage with beautiful ripe red fruit, black pepper and incense notes. Full-bodied on the palate, with rich tannins and subtle notes of licorice. A great introduction to L'Estanilles Faugères!
