This "coup de cœur" cuvée, mainly made from Syrah vines planted at an altitude of over 300 m, expresses itself with finesse, gourmandise and generosity. On the nose, the smoky, balsamic structure opens onto notes of black fruit and thyme. On the palate, the wine is concentrated yet crisp, blending wild berries and graphite.

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Wine rated (2025 guide) 92/100
Domain rated (guide 2025) Selected (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the domains that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the wine:
A well-crafted, minerally, southern Syrah capable of ageing, but rather common despite the insistent minerality of its fresh, vibrant tannins.
About the domain :
Adèle and Olivier met in Montpellier before working at various domains vineyards in Collioure. The call of the schist led them to Faugères, more precisely to Fos, where they found islands of old vines. In less than 10 years, they have become the new face of the appellation, and today offer a frank and fair definition of schist terroirs. Their vines, on average over 30 years old, nestle between 200 and 400 meters above sea level. The different styles of wine are the result of assiduous parcel-by-parcel work, and an organic conversion has been initiated for 2019. With the 2022 harvest, the couple have taken on a new location: a cellar on the road to Pézenas, complemented by a very comfortable gîte.
