(Notes vintage 2017)

In a region dominated by reds, Cazaban has created a subtle white with this blend of Grenache blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Vermentino. The attack is frank, the palate fresh and very pleasant. An original wine to discover as an aperitif!

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France

Rated (2020 guide) 14/20 (Vintage 2017) (Good wine)

Domaine noté (guide 2021) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).

About the domain :

Emmanuel Taillez is now the sole owner of the estate. The vineyard is run biodynamically (certified in 2013), supplemented by a proportion of purchased grapes. Served by top-quality ageing, these meticulously-styled wines develop a beautiful diversity of flavors: they are the most playful and refined cuvées in the appellation. We would also like to draw your attention to the estate's bed & breakfast facilities.

A pleasant wine with a certain complexity, a little dominated by its ageing.

Very fine southern wine. Aromatic and tasty. Fresh and delicate, but with substance and length.
