Expert opinion
RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Vin noté (guide 2025) 94/100 (Millésime 2022)
Rated domain (guide 2025) 2*Stars (These great estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, because of their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning connoisseurs.)
About the domain :
Rémy Pédréno and his wife Martine have been running this 9-hectare estate on the historic Langlade terroir since 1999. Having previously worked in the northern Rhône region, notably for Domaine Rostaing, this passionate winemaker from Nîmes quickly established himself among the region's greats, producing elegant, taut, airy wines from this marl-limestone terroir that has been renowned for centuries. Aging in tuns and a more precise management of the lees have taken this estate to a new level, and it is now an undisputed benchmark. Jeremy Stevenson joins Martine and Rémy from New Zealand, Alsace, Chile and Oregon.
