Fresh and charming, this wine will seduce you with its crispness and suppleness.

Le Petit Clos Maïa 2023 captivates with its brilliant ruby color. On the nose, it reveals intense and concentrated notes of crisp red fruits, beautifully complemented by floral notes. The attack is very fresh, followed by fine, elegant tannins and delicious fruit that lingers on the finish. A convivial Languedoc wine to share!

Wine rating (2025 guide) 90/100 (2022 vintage)

Rated estate (2025 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing good wines; you won't be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

After learning the ropes from leading winemakers in the region, notably Olivier Jullien, Géraldine Laval settled in 2009 on high-altitude plots in the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Poujols and Lauroux area, in the far north-west of the appellation. This small 6-hectare estate benefits from a plot of mature vines. A talented and passionate winemaker, Géraldine Laval expresses the purity, tension, and integrity of her terroirs with precision and sensitivity. The estate has managed the 2021 vintage well and presents a very balanced range.
