The first vintage to be certified organic, the Vermentino 2014 offers lovely citrus scents, which are echoed on the palate with a little bitterness to great effect on the finish. This fresh, dynamic, well-balanced palate is the result of a selective early-morning harvest. A meticulous process for an elegant wine.

skin maceration at 8°C for 24 hours, fermentation with yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14°C, without malolactic fermentation

on fine lees, for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, with weekly and then monthly stirring.
