Jancis Robinson
A nose of white flowers, a palate of white fruit, this white Languedoc cuvée is both ripe and easy to digest. Acidity is well controlled. It's a dry, fresh wine, perfect with grilled white fish or fish en papillote.

Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (guide 2023) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
The ideal house for those who want to discover good Languedoc wines faithful to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without a winery. They mature their selected cuvées with the winegrowers from whom they buy them, respecting the flavors and terroirs of their origins. A wide gourmet range with many successful wines and a few stunning surprises.

About the domain :
In 1995, oenologist Laurent Calmel teamed up with Jérôme Joseph to found a trading house specializing in Languedoc-Roussillon terroir wines. The duo launched their label in 2007. He selects the plots, vinifies and ages the cuvées.

Not a fan, but the value for money is there, others liked it less, a nice freshness and bitterness on the finish.
