RVF
Naturally vinified in demi-muids of several wines, this white is the expression of minerality! The Chenin brings floral freshness (honeysuckle, lime blossom) and the Chardonnay riper fruit (quince, apricot). A chiselled, straightforward and surprisingly fresh Limoux.. . A very successful bottle!

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Rated (guide 2017) 15.5/20 (Vintage 2014) (Good wine)
Domaine noté (guide 2017) Sélectionné (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and that, as such, all the estates that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).
About the domain :
We are delighted to welcome Gilles Azam's domaine to our Guide, located in the upper Aude valley, in the commune of Roquetaillade, perhaps the future cru communal of the Limouxin. For several years now, this production, centered around a few well-defined cuvées, has established itself as a useful reference point for the entire appellation. The fruit of attentive viticulture, aware of the value of the place and its historical foundation, these wines possess a strong character, with always intense and fresh substances, which will blossom in contact with the air and in the company of foods rich in flavor.
