Château de Rives-Blanques
Located in an enchanting, luminous setting, Château de Rives-Blanques with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. In October 2022, the estate was acquired by Pierre Bories, owner of Château Ollieux Romanis, with the aim of perpetuating the Rives-Blanques spirit.

Rives-Blanques comprises 22 hectares of Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac and produces white Limoux and bubbles. As part of their commitment to sustainable viticulture, the estate's vineyards and wine-making processes are environmentally friendly, and they are in the final stages of conversion to organic farming.

Equipped with excellent facilities, Rives-Blanques works with the best coopers in France, as Limoux is the only white wine appellation that requires vinification (fermentation and ageing) in oak barrels.

"L'Occitania is a unique wine in typical Limoux style. Discover this historic grape variety, Mauzac, at Gem !"

Occitania was the first 100% Mauzac in the Limoux appellation to be entirely vinified in oak barrels. This charming cuvée, with its peach and apricot aromas, will be the perfect accompaniment to your meals.

"This Limoux will take you on a journey through a beautiful olfactory universe, a cuvée to be shared with a good meal".

Fresh, mineral and elegant, this wine combines finesse and delicacy with a richness of roasted pineapple and spice aromas. This Limoux is often compared to a great Burgundian Chardonnay.
