"This Limoux will take you on a journey through a beautiful olfactory universe, a cuvée to be shared with a good meal".

Fresh, mineral and elegant, this wine combines finesse and delicacy with a richness of roasted pineapple and spice aromas. This Limoux is often compared to a great Burgundian Chardonnay.

Guide Hachette des vins

Guide Hachette des vins

Wine rated (Guide 2025) 1*Star (Very successful wine)

About the wine:

A pure, floral Chardonnay that plays on the grape variety's roundness and affinity with barrique, in a delicious, fresh, mellow, table-ready ensemble.

Jancis Robinson

Jancis Robinson

Wine rated (guide 2024) 16.5/20

About the wine:

A rich wine, with notes of hazelnuts (even a little caramelized) and streaks of fresh garrigue. As with the Dédicace chenin, the acidity is softer and more discreet than I'd expect from the R-B wines, but there's a firm framework of hazelnut and walnut around the fruit, so the texture and structure are there. A touch of licorice on the finish gives it a pleasant touch.
