About the domain :

Located 5 km from Carcassonne on the banks of the Canal du Midi, one of the oldest wine estates in Malepère, whose origins date back to the 13th century and the Roger Cahuzac de Caux family, and the vineyard to the 16th century. Acquired in 1871 by the ancestors of the current owners, an old local family, it experienced its first boom around 1900. Its recent revival is linked to the rehabilitation of the cellar in 2015 by the Boyer family, who took over the reins of the estate (70 ha, including 55 of vines).
