"Syrah and Grenache Noir are on the menu for this top-of-the-range cuvée, whose nose bears the hallmark of long barrel ageing (18 months). The fruit (red berries) and violets express themselves more freely in a palate of good volume, well structured by firm tannins and refreshed by a touch of eucalyptus on the finish. It should be left to digest its ageing". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2022). A red to be forgotten in the cellar for a few years, so that it can fully express itself...

About the domain :
Fabien Reboul set up his winery in 1998 in the heart of the village of Valflaunès, on the site of the former menagerie of Baron Jean-Jacques Louis Durand, Montpellier's first elected mayor in the 18th century. Today, he cultivates a 14-hectare vineyard by hand, without insecticides, and is currently undergoing organic conversion.
