"Fruity, Mediterranean style with an invigorating finish". (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2022 - RVF) The nose blends notes of garrigue and maquis herbs with cherry aromas. On the palate, grilled notes mingle with this bouquet. The structure is velvety, with freshness and sapidity that carry through to the finish. Perfect with southern dishes!

Wine rated (2022 guide) 90/100

Domain rated (guide 2024) Selected (We remind you that this guide is a prize list and as such, all the domains that appear in it, even without a star, represent, in our eyes, the excellence of French production).

About the wine:

Delicious, Mediterranean style with an invigorating finish.

About the domain :

After advanced studies in biogenetics, ampelography and oenology, Cyril Bourgne began his career in Bordeaux (Château de Fieuzal) before embarking, with his wife Nadia, on a more personal viticultural adventure in the Languedoc. The vineyard is meticulously tended, and the vinifications now carried out in the new cellar, immersed in the Saint-Chinian landscape, enable the extraction of long, fine grapes. The precision of barrel ageing, introduced for the Grand Vin cuvée with its predominantly Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes, aims to renew the contemporary expression of Saint-Chinian.
