With its playful, flowing profile, N°1 releases a fine, natural body dominated by crunchy fruit, on a fresh frame. Without tannins or complexity, but with a nice roundness, a lot of lightness and a medium length on cherry and strawberry. Designed to be drunk quickly with friends for simple pleasure with pizza or cochonnaille, especially andouille de Bretagne cold or hot. Light both in the glass and in the wallet. Score = 3.7.
