" Beautifully velvety on the palate, a little more overflowing than the cold, slender 2014. It will relax with energy." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2020 - RVF) This dynamic cuvée comes from young Cabernets imbued with the limestone expression of their hillside. Very fine finish, lengthened by beautiful bitters and smoky notes.

About the wine:
Magnificent velvety mouthfeel, a little more overflowing than the cold, slender 2014. Relaxes with energy.
About the domain :
Emmanuel Caslot and his sister Laurie continue the work of thirteen generations at this historic Bourgueil estate with love and rigor. Here, Cabernet Franc is gently vinified to express the nuances of the sand, clay and limestone terroirs of the lower, mid and upper slopes. Each label is judiciously dressed in a color that reflects the intensity and complexity of the wine: from bright red for Peu Muleau to deep purple for Grand-Mont. These absolute benchmarks of Bourgueil highlight the fine, cool austerity of Cabernet Franc, while at the same time displaying a magnificent suavity of texture. We salute the bottle ageing in the tuffeau cellars before release.
