Domaine de La Chevalerie

Domaine de la Chevalerie is a perfect representative of the Bourgueil appellation. Located at the crossroads of Touraine and Anjou, in the Loire Valley, the family-owned Domaine de la Chevalerie is run by Emmanuel and Laurie Caslot, the children of Pierre Caslot, who passed away in 2014. The bubbly Stéphanie Caslot left us in February 2021. 

This talented duo runs the Domaine de la Chevalerie vineyard according to the principles of organic farming, continuing a tradition dating back more than 350 years to produce delicious wines that truly reflect their unique terroirs.

Produced from single vineyard or special cuvées, the Bourgueil wines of Domaine de la Chevalerie are as frank as the Cabernets that compose them, deep and always delicious in their youth. Although the estate's 38 hectares are all in one piece, they have multiple geological identities. For generations, observation has enabled these nuances to be translated into specific vintages from Domaine de la Chevalerie.
