Domaine des Deux Vallées

Nestled on the Anjou cliff overlooking the Loire and Layon valleys, the new winery at Two Valleys estate dominates. René Socheleau and his son Philippe took over and modernized the 44-hectare estate, which is composed of a mosaic of predominantly schist soils. On this exceptional terroir, close to the Layon, a tributary of the Loire that brings morning mists, the conditions are ideal for the development of noble rot, allowing the Chenin to produce one of the finest sweet white wines.
