When Ampelidae was founded, the estate cultivated a half-hectare parcel whose cadastral number 1328 gave its name to this great cuvée. A historic wine with a subtle harmony of ripe berries and sweet spices, it has extraordinary volume and perfectly integrated oak. The palate is of rare finesse, ending with a sumptuous finish of finesse and length. Meticulous ageing opens up wonderful prospects for ageing potential.

Complete destemming and selective sorting, vatting in stainless steel truncated-cone vats, cold maceration for at least 4 days, punching of the cap during fermentation, pressing with separation of the juices, hot racking into oak barrels and demi-muids, spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
