RVF
"A precise, suave Pinot where finesse and elegance predominate".
Made from a blend of 4 parcels, Morogues rouge brings out the full typicity of the soils found in the area: a combination of Kimmeridgian marl, flint and hard limestone. The Pinot Noir expresses fruitiness and freshness, supported by a light tannic structure.

Menetou-Salon
Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (guide 2025) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)
About the domain :
The Pellé family have deep roots in the Menetou-Salon appellation, and their work in the vineyard and winery is impressive. Since 2006, Paul-Henri has been re-enchanting this family-run address, which is improving in quality. The emphasis on plot-based cuvées and the mastery of ageing in wood, with an increasing use of large containers (foudres and vats), contribute to the excellence of the domaine, which has added a further requirement with organic farming certification since 2021.

Wine rated (guide 2024) La Revue du Vin de France July/August 2024
Domaine rated (guide 2025) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winemakers with good production levels, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)
About the wine:
A fine ambassador for Menetou-Salon pinot noir: a beautifully concentrated flesh of black fruit aromas unfolds on the palate to a generous, rich, fruity finish. You can start opening it.
About the domain :
Paul-Henry Pellé, Anne's son, is in charge of the vineyards and vinifications: this demanding winemaker, who never ceases to refine soil work and ageing methods, is fully committed to the quest for optimal ripeness and varied terroir expression. Meticulous vinification produces crisp, refreshing whites (Morogues), as well as deeper wines that reflect the uniqueness of each terroir: Le Carroir (old vines on flint), Vignes de Ratier (solar terroir of Kimmeridgian marl), Les Blanchais (northeast-facing Kimmeridgian marl). Well constituted, the reds may show some deviation.
