"Harvested from a flint quarry, which was blasted in order to obtain this terroir, and produced from relatively young vines, this wine initially has a delicate, supple style with a flinty perfume, a line of precision stretched across its core, a simple hint of fine green herbs that reminds us that Pouilly is a Sauvignon producer and even a touch of white pepper. The powerful style has a seductive bitterness that forms a seamless whole. This wine is wonderfully balanced and aromatic. You'll even feel the palate-warming spices. Unique and intriguing."
