"Very intense nose of sliced pear that needs a little time to reveal notes of lemon zest and flowers. This is a powerful dry Chenin Blanc that tends towards opulence, but whose almost sharp acidity keeps it tightly under control. Then comes complex spice and minerality in a bold, very clean finish."
