Quevedo
The estate Quevedo is a family estate run by Oscar and Claudia Quevedobrother and sister. Founded in 1986 by their parents, Oscar père continues to play a leading role in the estate's decisions. Quevedo.

The Quevedo estate covers 112 hectares and is divided into 5 vineyards because, according to their philosophy, it's the blending of these parcels that produces the best nectars. The first vines were planted in Quinta Vale d'Agodinho, then Quinta da Trovisca, Qinta da Valeira, Quinta Senhora do Rosario, Quinta da Alegria and Quinta das Mos. Each Quinta has its own particularities: altitude, grape varieties, terroir... It's the strengths of each that make them great vintages.

This tinted Porto imposes its style. Aromas dance and intermingle to the rhythm of cinnamon, dried fruit and blue flowers. The ballet continues on the palate, where woody, coffee bean and sweet spice notes are added. A fine representative of its appellation.

"Just bottled about a month before tasting, it showed well, but there was a slightly eccentric nuance, perhaps a touch of volatile acidity. Only a touch, though. Still, it drinks well, with a good finish and notable power for a relatively young Tawny." (Wine Advocate 2018) Give it time to open up so it can offer you its finest aromas.

A blend of local grape varieties, Claudia's white cuvée displays aromatic complexity right from the glass, with notes of citrus, gunflint and smoke. The ample, elegant palate continues with freshness and a surprisingly smooth, round finish. A real treat!

Claudia's red cuvée is a hymn to Portugal. The blend of Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional expresses itself wonderfully with notes of ripe red and black fruit. The tannins are supple and the oak well blended. The fresh finish recalls the foothills of the Douro Valley. An invitation to travel!
