Clos Saint-Vincent
Clos Saint-Vincent, located in Bellet, Provence, has been owned by the Sicardi and Sergi families since spring 1993. The revival of the Clos Saint-Vincent estate began with the extension of the vineyards, which now total 6 hectares, and the adaptation of production to give priority to the cultivation of quality grapes. In addition, the land is cared for with rigorous respect for the environment and the implementation of organic and biodynamic farming methods. According to a lunar calendar, plant-based preparations such as nettle tea, animal-based preparations such as manure compost, and mineral-based preparations such as crushed silica are applied to the vines. No chemicals are used at Clos Saint-Vincent.

The good fortune of the Clos Saint-Vincent vineyard, classified in AOC Bellet, is that, in addition to its exposure, it benefits from the dual influence of the sea breeze and the cool wind from the southern Pre-Alps. The specificity of the site (its unique terroir of silicocalcareous soil with rolled Pliocene and Poudingue pebbles) and the choice of grape varieties (such as Rolle, Braquet and Folle Noire) make it a great southeastern wine.

"
A firm, full-bodied Bellet, with a powerful body still marked by ageing, dense, tight tannins on the finish, this wine should gain in complexity. " (La Revue du vin de France - Spécial Millésime 2008)

Clos Saint-Vincent - Le Clos Rouge 2009

Note : Bettane & Desseauve 15,5/20 (Bonheur tout de suite), RVF 14,5/20
"At once dense and savory, this fat yet uncommonly elegant cuvée bears an obvious gourmandise." (Le Grand Guide des Vins de France 2012 - Bettane & Desseauve). "Le Clos 2009 is a light wine with sharp tannins that stand out on the finish, reinforcing its bitterness." (Les Meilleurs Vins de France 2012 - RVF)

Clos Saint-Vincent - Vino di Gio Blanc 2007

Notes : Gault Millau 17/20, RVF 16,5/20
"Bolder and more Burgundian in its approach to ageing, Vino di Gio blanc 2007 is complete and complex on the palate..." (Les Meilleurs Vins de France 2010 - RVF). This 100% Rolle cuvée, produced in less than 800 bottles, is one of the appellation's rare wines. Its excellent terroir of pebbles mixed with very light sand, coupled with superb exposure, enables the grapes to ripen perfectly. Vinified with the utmost care by Gio Sergi, this is one of the finest expressions of the grape variety and one of the finest demonstrations of the potential of this micro appellation.
