Clos Saint-Vincent, located in Bellet, Provence, has been owned by the Sicardi and Sergi families since spring 1993. The revival of the Clos Saint-Vincent estate began with the extension of the vineyards, which now total 6 hectares, and the adaptation of production to give priority to the cultivation of quality grapes. In addition, the land is cared for with rigorous respect for the environment and the implementation of organic and biodynamic farming methods. According to a lunar calendar, plant-based preparations such as nettle tea, animal-based preparations such as manure compost, and mineral-based preparations such as crushed silica are applied to the vines. No chemicals are used at Clos Saint-Vincent.
