Halfway between the Gorges du Verdon and the Mediterranean, in the heart of Provence Verte, the Château Carpe Diem stands on land where vines have been grown for centuries. The estate was created over 30 years ago, and the vineyard extends Cotignac, on a clay-limestone terroir. The wines are produced as AOP Côtes de Provence, AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence and IGP Var. Today, the Château Carpe Diem is carried on by the Philipon family in a spirit of transmission.

Château Carpe Diem 's vineyards are farmed organically. are certified AB by Ecocert, and certain plots at Pontevès have been certified AB since 1977. In a more global approach, the vineyard is managed biodynamically and is in the process of being certified by Demeter.

"A blend of Grenache and Syrah nuanced with Rolle, this pale-colored specimen possesses tension and finesse of fruit over a beautiful salinity. The crispness enhances its silky contours." (La Revue RVF Mai 2021 N°650) This intense, expressive rosé reveals pleasant aromas of small red fruits fruits, followed by delicate notes of vine peaches.
