"A blend of Grenache and Syrah nuanced with Rolle, this pale-colored specimen possesses tension and finesse of fruit over a beautiful salinity. The crispness enhances its silky contours." (La Revue RVF Mai 2021 N°650) This intense, expressive rosé reveals pleasant aromas of small red fruits fruits, followed by delicate notes of vine peaches. From the outset, the palate reveals a lovely freshness provided by citrus fruits, followed by a slightly sweet, suave roundness reminiscent of crushed strawberries. The finish gives way to a more mineral framework that perfectly reveals the Carpe Diem terroir.

Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine noté Sélectionné (An estate or house that has won us over with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give a general opinion on the style of the entire range)
About the domain :
Carpe Diem, the famous Latin locution, means "Seize the day without worrying about tomorrow". A motto taken to heart by Albéric Philippon, who took over the estate in 2013. Situated on the clay-limestone terroirs of Cotignac, the estate now covers 30 hectares. Visitors to the region can find the winemaker and his wines every Tuesday at the Cotignac market.
Guide Hachette des vins

About the domain :
In 2013, Albéric Philipon took over the estate from a family of winegrowers who were retiring. The vineyard is located in Cotignac, in the heart of Provence Verte, and covers 18 ha. In addition, the family has leased 12 ha in a neighboring village since 2017. All our vines are grown using organic methods.
