"Finesse, balance, flavors, a winning trio!"

This white makes no bones about its name! This is a very expressive cuvée, predominantly Chardonnay, with a fresh nose and notes of candied white fruit. A white wine of finesse and perfect balance, with a long, tasty finish and a nice fatness. A great southern white!

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Domaine rated (guide 2023) 3*Stars (High-quality production that can serve as a benchmark in its sector)

About the domain :

Vintage after vintage, Revelette asserts itself as a grand cru of Provence. Tucked away in a valley on the north face of Mont Sainte-Victoire, Peter Fischer has been running the estate since the mid-1980s, cultivating the vines as naturally as possible. Surrounded by forests, the plots are set in a wild setting, and in spring they transform into a vast meadow of flowers. Generous by nature, Peter is also home to Kiki, a domesticated pig, peacocks, chickens, dogs and cats, reminiscent of Fifi Longstocking's house. Peter's passion for the living world extends to the glass, with his fine wines. The younger generation has been preparing for the challenge, and his daughter Clara is well on the way to meeting it.

Gault & Millau Wine Guide

Guide des Vins Gault & Millau

Estate rated 5*Stars (Outstanding production)

About the domain :

Revelette is 24 hectares of vines, 12 parcels located between 330 and 400 m altitude, planted with 9 grape varieties, mainly red (grenache, cinsault, carignan, syrah, but also cabernet). In other words, the most northerly terroir in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, located some thirty kilometers north of Aix, in Jouques. But Revelette is also, above all, Peter Fischer and his partner Sandra, who run the vineyard organically, with ploughing, natural grassing, use of sheep manure and so on.

Rated (guide 2025) 93/100 Favorite (Vintage 2022)

Domaine rated (guide 2023) 2*Stars (These great estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).

About the domain :

Located in a cool terroir on the heights of the appellation, in the commune of Jouques, and adjacent to Château de Vignelaure, this sumptuous estate has been in the hands of the talented Peter Fischer since the 1985 vintage. The vines have been certified organic since 1998. German by birth, Provençal by adoption, Peter Fischer has been shaking things up since the 1980s, planting Chardonnay in Provence with a vision of producing great whites. At an altitude of around 400 meters, this terroir is conducive to preserving a brilliant balance for the whites we're so enthusiastic about today. The reds, on the other hand, lack precision. A cellar atmosphere dependent on the winemaker's rigor, probably. Peter Fischer's children, Clara and Hugo, now support him on the estate.
