Dressed in pale pink, this cuvée has a clean nose with beautiful intensity, a sign of its youth and vigor. The dominant fruity notes of exotic fruits, grapefruit zest, and passion fruit give way to more indulgent notes when aerated. Lively and refined, the aromatic palette echoes the nose, then gains in roundness and smoothness. A thirst-quenching rosé!

About the estate:

The 35 hectares of vines, all facing southwest, are located on the plain at the foot of the northern slope of the Alpilles, in a corridor where the mistral wind is particularly active. These currents protect the vines from frost and disease. The estate has just been bought by Fiducial and will certainly undergo changes in the coming vintages.

About the estate:

This pioneering estate in organic viticulture ("bio-active" since 1970) was founded in 1968 by Noël Michelin. Run by the Parmentier-Jolly family since 2007, it changed hands in 2012 when it was bought by Laurent Hild, an industrialist from Alsace. Hild has maintained this focus on the 40-hectare vineyard. The estate is regularly in the spotlight for its Beaux-de-Provence wines in all three colors.
