Château Henri Bonnaud
Representing the third generation of winegrowers on the estate, Stéphane Spitzglou took over from his grandfather, Henri Bonnaud, in 1996. As a tribute to the man who taught him everything, he named the estate Château Henri Bonnaud and in 2004 produced his first vintages, imbued with tradition, passion, and Provençal sunshine. In 2010, he began converting the 24 hectares of the estate to organic farming. Château Henri Bonnaud, including 14 hectares in the Palette AOC.

The terroir of Château Henri Bonnaud consists of limestone scree soil, nestled in a natural amphitheater, protected from the mistral wind by the Langesse and Grand Cabri hills and the Cengle and Sainte-Victoire mountains.
