"A vintage worth the detour".
The estate's latest release, Cuvée Sans Sulfite, is a pure pleasure! Built on old Carignan and Grenache grapes, its nose is delicate and subtle, with aromas of red fruit and rose petals. On the palate, it's gourmand and fluid, with a lovely fresh juice and good body.

About the domain :
Established at the foot of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce sanctuary in Rochefort-du-Gard, not far from the ancient marshes drained by the monks in the Middle Ages, this estate, created in 1994 from the merger of three small holdings, has shown great consistency in quality. Succeeding his parents Jean-Pierre and Dominique, Romain Dubois and his wife Laure, now alone at the head of the estate, have created a new winery and converted the 20 ha of vines to organic farming.

It's been said here and there that the quality of a wine doesn't depend on its price. This statement proves true with this 2020 vintage. From the outset, the palate is lined with delicious, refreshing red berries, wrapped around round, silky tannins where carignan proudly dominates. It's an exquisitely restrained power and a comfortable length, slightly tinged with spices, that tease the taste buds. Meticulously presented and easy to access. Smooth and very pleasant to drink, this wine was intended at 16° for satay-marinated beef sprinkled with chopped coriander.

This wine is a pure marvel, fresh, fruity with raspberry aromas, easy to drink, enjoyed with a boeuf bourguignon and at a cool temperature.
