"Born of 40-year-old vines and a clay-limestone matrix with rolled pebbles, this Grenache-Syrah duo in equal measure makes a stunning wine, full of nuances, from the shimmering carmine-red color to the bouquet, which happily blends iris, crushed raspberry and truffle notes. Tactfully extracted, soberly matured in vats, it restores the same freshness on the palate, with just the right amount of volume and structure, culminating in a long, liquorice finish. "Raw happiness!"

"Grenache, Viognier and Roussanne were harvested in equal parts in mid-August, at night, to compensate for the heat of the vintage. After 6 months in vat, this white delivers a subtle bouquet of lime blossom, apricot and chamomile. A hint of brioche is added to this well-matched palette on the palate, which is full-bodied, comfortable but not excessive, and energized by a long finish with grapefruit accents". "A vintage worth the detour".

The estate's latest release, Cuvée Sans Sulfite, is a pure pleasure! Built on old Carignan and Grenache grapes, its nose is delicate and subtle, with aromas of red fruit and rose petals. On the palate, it's gourmand and fluid, with a lovely fresh juice and good body.

"A model of balance

This Grenache / Syrah duo reveals all the strength of Lirac, delivering a complex nose blending black fruit, blackberry jam, garrigue and licorice. The palate is full-bodied, rich, dense and velvety, with plenty of freshness and tannins that are present but fine and supple. The finish is marked by aromas of wild thyme and zan.
