"The 2010 Châteauneuf du Pape La Croze has an even more intense violet color as well as a more tannic, structured and viandé style. With full-bodied power added to richness, purity and intensity, the 2010 will need some time in the cellar but should drink well for the next 20 years." (Wine Advocate 2012 - Robert Parker)

Domaine La Célestière
Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Rated 16/20 (Very good wine)
Domaine rated (2015 guide) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the wine:
Broad and creamy, a very full-bodied, fairly subtle wine with a rich, diversified aromatic palette and a firm finish.
About the domain :
Domaine Dalmeran, in the heart of Les Baux in Provence, also has a lovely vineyard in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and offers a remarkable range of wines with strong personalities that deserve to be better known. The Joyce family takes great care over viticulture and vinification, and has been particularly successful with their 2011s.
Robert Parker - Wine Advocate
Rated (2012 guide) 93/100 (Outstanding wine)
About the wine:
The 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape La Croze has an even more intense violet color and a more tannic, structured and viandé style. With full-bodied power added to richness, purity and intensity, the 2010 will need some time in the cellar but should drink well for the next 20 years.
