Drink
This is the cuvée "Hommage" to the winemaker's grandfather, who wore the blue beret, and is essentially made from Cinsault, described by Jean Clément as the "Pinot du Sud". The wine is an invitation to conviviality, with red fruit at its core, supple tannins and an incredible freshness! Serve slightly chilled.

A very fine bottle with good fruit and a nice retro finish. Cinsault takes pride of place! Great value for money, a wonderful discovery!
