Hachette
With its perfectly extracted, fruity texture, the oak-aged Cuvée Saint-Andéol reveals great aromatic complexity and length on the palate. Powerful yet silky, the wine evolves from its vanilla notes to more complex aromas of candied fruit, prunes, spices and roasting, with a mocha finish. An excellent promise!

About the domain :
Formerly owned by Flemish songwriter Robert Herberigs, this 28-hectare (certified organic) Ardèche estate has been run since 1998 by Roland Terrasse, his grandson. It owes its name to the "dove-white" stone that makes up the château's Directoire-style building. Often in the spotlight for its Côtes-du-Rhône and Villages wines.

A nice surprise, with exuberant syrah and smoky notes, it's fat and fruity at the same time, with good length too!
