The nose is intense and complex, exhaling notes of jammy black fruits and balsamic scents (camphor, cloves). On the palate, the sunnier character of Grenache comes to the fore: a suave, fat texture, velvety tannins, a pleasant roundness and a long, liquorice finish. A complete and already voluptuous red". About the domain :

Formerly owned by Flemish songwriter Robert Herberigs, this 28-hectare (certified organic) Ardèche estate has been run since 1998 by Roland Terrasse, his grandson. It owes its name to the "dove-white" stone that makes up the château's Directoire-style building. Often in the spotlight for its Côtes-du-Rhône and Villages wines.
