Hachette
"A charming Côtes-du-Rhône top quality/price".
"A classic combination of Grenache (60%) and Syrah for a highly expressive cuvée of uncommon complexity. After 12 months in vat, it takes its time to release its aromas of stewed cherry, savory and leather. Long and finely textured, built on delicate tannins, the palate pleases with its aromatic persistence, tinting ripe red fruit with rockrose and fern. A rare harmony, just a breath away from Favorite." (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About the domain :
Formerly owned by Flemish songwriter Robert Herberigs, this 28-hectare (certified organic) Ardèche estate has been run since 1998 by Roland Terrasse, his grandson. It owes its name to the "dove-white" stone that makes up the château's Directoire-style building. Often in the spotlight for its Côtes-du-Rhône and Villages wines.
