" The Gigondas Jugunda 2022, with its opaque ruby and plum color, is composed of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah (partially destemmed). It is a powerful and structured wine, with lots of darker plums and blackberry-like fruits, as well as notes of graphite, pepper, and crushed stone. It is clearly exceptional, but I think the cellar will be your friend for this wine. Give it 2 to 4 years to soften and develop more complexity, and it should keep until 2037." (Jeb Dunnuck 2023)

About wine:
Very appealing nose of purple fruit and smoked meat. The nose is also peppery and herbaceous. The palate has good freshness and a rich, dense core of fruit, with fine-grained tannins and a note of smoked meat on the long finish. A real treat!
