Usually a robust, full-bodied vin de garde that doesn't need to be kept for more than 3 years, Chatus or Syramuse is now available as a full-bodied, fruity wine, accessible as a vin de copain to appreciate all the facets of the grape variety and terroir. Traditional, alcoholic fermentation (Temp: 28°C), 1 punching of the cap and 1 pumping-over per day, final hot maceration (25-28°C) for one to two weeks depending on the tasting of the wines under the marc.

Exceptional value for money. It's easy-drinking, fruity and full-bodied, holding up well in the mouth and making you want a refill.

Drank with an oven-roasted pork palette, slow-cooked for four hours, an excellent match with fruit, liveliness and a gourmet mouthfeel. Excellent value for money. I'm sorry I didn't order more a few months ago, but I wanted to find out first.
